- In person or telehealth video call
- A deep dive into your current health issues, your health history, and other body systems to understand what is happening in your body now.
- An individual treatment plan with a herbal, nutritional or homeopathic prescription.
- 1 hour

Follow-up appointment

- In person or telehealth video call
- Assessment of the previous treatment and if it should be continued or modified
- Further health support moving forward
- 20-30 minutes

- Acute condition, such as a virus, infection, period of stress, or other short term health issue
- Current health issue and one or two relevant body systems, with a herbal, homeopathic or nutritional treatment.
- 15 minutes

A family appointment can be arranged instead of an initial appointment for you and your children for basic aliments. Please contact us prior to booking to asses your family’s needs.

Only a short time is dedicated to each member, and recommendations are made that will benefit the whole family. Individual naturopathic medicines may be prescribed.
